| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper DETAILS: The 9/7/12 samples both tested above the action level. I spoke with Cindy and we discussed whether or not the sample collected from space #10 was representative. She says she will contact the resident at space #10 for information and get back to me. 9/24/12 Spoke with Judy and she informed me the occupant of space 10 had collected the sample from a tap that had not been used in one month. I emailed the state an invalidation request. 11/28/12 State approved the invalidation request. I informed Cindy and reminded her of the 20 day window to collect a re sample. ACTION NEEDED: Sample needs to be collected within 20 days | ||
