| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to positive Ecoli DETAILS: Dustin called to inform me the source sample he took came back positive for Ecoli. I contacted Betsy and she was able to locate the plan review file from Jay M. There is a letter stating they will classified as 4 log so I told Dustin they didnt have to do the 5 confirmation samples. Betsy will make sure state website gets updated with the correct information. I let Dustin know that according to jays plan review letter the minimum residual is 0.5 and that he will have to check that daily and record it. I sent him the correct form for doing so via email ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
