| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to positive Ecoli DETAILS: Called and left a message for Su on 12/14/12 at 9:30. I also left a message at the store. After not returned calls I called Delta Environmental and talked with Mike. He stated they take the tests for Cushmans but would need approval from the owner because of the cost. I let him know they need to take 5 confirmation samples from the spring. On the 17th I spoke with Shelly at Delta who finally talked with Su the owner of Cushmans. Sue stated the store and RV is closed until after the new year. Sue is in Nevada until next week. Shelly will send Sue the bottles and Sue will take the 5 samples and submit them on the 27th ACTION NEEDED: 5 confirmation samples will be submitted on December 27. Waiting for results. | ||
