| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Linda about the alert. The system will need to submit a new public notice and send a copy to us as well as submit 4 samples. One from the well and 3 from the distribution. The system is not suppose to chlorinated before taking the samples. I also informed them that if they do not take the samples the system will receive a violation. Linda said because Everett is on vacation the samples will be taken on Monday. ACTION NEEDED: 4 samples will be submitted. waiting for results. | ||
