| Details: | Attempted to call and e-mail Mr. Good re current Coliform Investigation-nonreporting and Routine Coliform nonreport from Nov. Recorded message on cell phone states it is not available. E-mail sent to remind Mr. Good about delinquent testing and investigation. Attached Level I investigation form: "Good day Phillip: Attached is the Level 1 Investigation form for you to complete for the pressure loss and line breaches experienced in the distribution system of Elderberry Nehalem Water System. You also have some total coliform sampling to catch up with�at least please try to submit regular samples. Customers are contacting my office as well as the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) with concerns about the safety and availability of their drinking water. Please give me a call or e-mail if I can help. I will be in the office tomorrow until noon, then out until Dec. 29.
