Details: SUMMARY: Phthalate alert DETAILS: Michelle contacted me 12/21/12 and left a message in response to me letting her know that an SOC was detectable. She is aware of the amount of SOC present in their last sample and will continue with their regular quarterly monitoring. She can be contacted if needed. ACTION NEEDED: None. Facility needs to continue quarterly monitoring. Next sample is required by March 2013
