| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli contamination of well DETAILS: System has resolved MCL violations by installing a 4 log disinfection system in August, 2012, plan reviewed and approved 8/3. They faxed the monthly disinfection reports for Oct thru Dec 2012 to our office 12/31/12. We are requesting return to compliance (RTC) on the MCL violations at this time as well as the three violations for monthly cl testing. There are violations for failure to forward boil water notices. We also insisted on posting of additional notices at sample taps in the guest rooms as a condition of reopening the facility. We twice checked that the notice was still up. Notices came down 9/28. It doesnt look like they ever sent a copy to the state despite reminders from us. We are requesting RTC on those two violations as well. ACTION NEEDED: Check for continued compliance on testing for residuals and coliform sampling of finished water. | ||
