| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non complier (PNC) resolution DETAILS: Called manager to discuss follow up actions still needed in order to return this system to compliance. They submitted monthly CL report for Aug and Sept but nothing sine and are still due for a coliform before the end of the year. Howard stated hed been taking the daily readings but had gotten behind on forwarding them to the state. Said hed fax them to state and to me right away. Also said hed get the last of the coliform samples for the year in. ACTION NEEDED: Verify follow through return to compliance when completed. | ||
