| Details: | SUMMARY: Source sample 2012 DETAILS: I contacted Gary and notified him of the violation. He thought the lab took care of that. He will contact the lab and find out if they took a source sample in 2012 and have them send in the results to the state. Gary said lab did not take sample in 2012. He will have them take one right away. ACTION NEEDED: A source sample is needed in 2013 and should be taken as soon as possible. | ||
