| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation for source sampling DETAILS: Jeff called 1/10/13 to find out if they needed to take source samples from both wells annually. I told him they did and that they missed taking the samples in 2012. He said he would take the sample ASAP. 01/24/13 he sent me the lab slips showing the sample was taken. I checked with state website and it got entered as a routine sample. I sent Jeff an email explaining he needed to label those as source sample. I sent a request in for the sample type to be changed and asked that it be returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
