| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A routine distribution sample collected 1/10/13 positive. I spoke with Larry today and informed him that four repeat samples are due (no triggered since they are on compliance monitoring) and five temp routines in February. I also informed him the system needs to get a certified operator now that Dan Blank is gone and told him about the upcoming training, 1/22/13 in Eagle Point. ACTION NEEDED: See above | ||
