| Details: | Levi called to let DWS know that the required CTs were not met for several days at the end of October and a couple days in early November. A drop in water temperature was the primary cause. Flow rates through the plant will be reduced to increase CT. Public notices for the treatment technique violations will need to be distributed. Funding for a feasibility study to look at installing the required meter on the contact tank's outlet is being pursued. A tracer study can be done after the meter is installed to more accurately calculate contact times. | ||
