| Details: | SUMMARY: Source assessment collected 12/26/12 positive for Ecoli DETAILS: I spoke with Terry Kersey, wife of pastor Ken and explained that five confirmation sample need to be collected from the well head today (it is Friday at 2:45 Neilson Research is closed on Monday and Tuesday of next week). I added that if any of the five confirmation samples test positive for Ecoli they need to issue a boil water notice and emailed the template to Terry. ACTION NEEDED: Five confirmation samples need to be collected from the well. | ||
