| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive 4 confirmation samples DETAILS: Spoke to Mr. Clement who had already issued hi own version of a public notice and was having the lab forward it-- he planned on shocking the system Friday night. I dropped by a copy of the tier2 template and information on how to determine proper dosage and contact time. Also said that if he takes any more samples before the vive that are due next month to code them "special. Indicated he has 30 days to issue the Tier 2 and since corrective action would likely be taken by then recommended holding off until results were back from shocking to issue it. He does not have access to a computer. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of further testing | ||
