| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine positive coliform DETAILS: Routine coliform was positive and yearly assessment coliform sample at source was positive. Reviewed the protocol for 4 repeats now in the distribution and one triggered at the source (untreated water) following coliform sampling schedule from data online. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat sample and one triggered sample and submit for testing right away. Repeats should be completer with 24 hours of initial positive. Make sure the lab is submitting the results of your tests to the state. Next month you will be required to take 5 more samples marked "temporary routine" and submit results to state.
