| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: One of five confirmation samples I positive. I contacted Liza and Jim Nash of Stutzman Pump. Liza is working on a public notice provided by Betsy Parry. CT estimates were reviewed by Betsy and Casey Lyon. We agree the system appears to have 30 minutes of contact time. We asked the system to maintain .3ppm residual. A well evaluation request was submitted to Tom pattee. System has agreed to address rodent issues in the well house, maintain chlorine residual at .3ppm and take an extra distribution sample each menthe until the issue is resolved. Public notice will be delivered this evening and forwarded to the state on 12/13/12. I will write a compliance letter based on the well evaluation. System was surveyed on 11/16/12. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for public notice and completed well evaluation. Write letter to system based on findings. Continue to monitor and document corrective actions taken by the system and increased tests. | ||
