| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed NO3 problem and violations 3329609, 3329610 DETAILS: Called Ray for NO3 status report. They are sending a letter today addressing the issues. 1. they will be connecting to PWS 94023 (chemult motel). 2. they will not be drilling a new well (weather preempted it). 3. Buck McBride (McBride Excavating 541-883-3242) will be seeking approval from David Steiner at ODOT to drill under Hwy 97 to connect with the Chemult motel system. 4. I reminded them that the connection had to be approved by the DWP, Ray would let Buck know that the plans he is drawing up would need to go through plan review. 5.
