| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples are positive for coliform DETAILS: Three repeat samples are coliform positive and the triggered source sample is negative. I had email correspondence with Rick and he said that they felt the storage tank is the issue. I have not heard aback as to why they think the storage tank is an issue. I instructed him by email that a public notice would need to be remitted and posted for the MCL violation. I sent him a template. I will advise him of the requirement to submit five temporary routine distribution samples in January ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results and possible special samples after shock chlorination. Wait to receive public notice. Continue to have discussions about the root cause of the coliform issues. | ||
