| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper summary DETAILS: I was reviewing the file and follow up had not been documented. System sampled on 9/28/09 that generated an alert of 0.0187. The only high sit e was from the old city hall building with a level of 0.0311. It is unclear if the building was still in use from 209 to 2011 but documentation in the file suggests that as of 5/9/11 the building no longer had running water inside. They sent in a 141-A form to change this one site to a residence instead. They now sample at 5 residences. Since updating the sites they have taken two annual rounds of L&C the results are so low they can not go to a 3 year sampling schedule. Data online show the system already on a 3 year schedule but Betsy said she would deal with the state. I called the system to let them know they could go to sampling once every 3 years.
