| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 11/20/12 Sample collected. 11/26/12 Alert issued. I spoke with Peggy. She had not heard the sample result until I told her today. After I informed her of the sample result she checked the chlorine residual. It was zero. She is adding chlorine to the reservoir and will collect repeat and triggered samples tomorrow. I also informed her that five temp routines from the distribution system are due in December. ACTION NEEDED: Triggered samples from both wells and 4 repeat samples within 24 hours. Five temporary routines in December. | ||
