| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: The triggered source sample and 5 repeat samples collected 12/10/12 positive for Ecoli. I emailed a tier one boil water notice to Paul Hatcher and spoke to him about distributing it and sending a copy to the state. I informed him that five confirmation samples needed to be collected at the well head within 24 hours. Paul informed me the distribution system but not the well, had already been shock chlorinated. ACTION NEEDED: Five confirmation samples need to be collected within 24 hours. Five temp routines need to be collected in January. Further action to be dependent on confirmation sample results. | ||
