| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: No 4th quarter routine coliform. System normally opens in October but closed early this year. Galen called me but change not reflected in state website and therefore missed results. System did take 1st quarter 2013 routine Jan 2 and absent. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take quarterly routine sample for time open. System schedule is not consistent in the fall. Will make change in website once 2013 fall schedule is known | ||
