| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up for no 4th quarter coliform DETAILS: Called Joan and she said they had take 4th quarter bacti early October. Resort was only open until 10/10 but sample was taken. Called lab and verified that samples has been taken but results not submitted. Lava and Twin lakes both samples on same day. Results attached. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly sampling and reporting to state by 10th of following month. | ||
