| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiency (SNC) follow up DETAILS: Two SNC noted during 5/8/12 survey. John Mason and I both worked with system to get a coliform sampling plan and O and M plan. Ducly sent me a completed CSP showing rotating sampling locations and corresponding 4 repeat locations including triggered raw source sample. We also discussed putting all water materials in one folder for this small system to create the O and M manual. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to update these documents as needed or when things change. | ||
