| Details: | SUMMARY: Rad violation DETAILS: System received violation for not enough radium sampling for Hopi and Choctaw well fields. Called and discussed with Michelle and Drew and Lab. Choctaw had only 2 quarters radium and Hopi had 3 quarters. System pulled new radium and uranium from Hopi, Choctaw and the new Apache replacement well. All were half the mcl. Waited for results to get on state website before return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: One more quarter radium from Choctaw and then rad schedule for both EP C and F will be 6,6, and 9 years. | ||
