| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting soruce assessment DETAILS: Called Laura Rhodes 2/6/13 regarding missed 2012 source assessment sample. Sample was pulled on the 7th came up positive for Ecoli. Pulled one confirmation sample 2/12/13. Called Laura to notify her she needed to pull 5 samples total. On the 14th she pulled one more confirmation which came up positive for Ecoli Post boil notice shock the system. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for further instructions | ||
