| Details: | I spoke with Ms. Cornell on 12.28.2020 regarding the need for a yearly raw water (source) coliform sample for Anderson Mountain Springs water system before the end of the year. Ms. Cornell said she was on vacation, but would be home on the 31st of December and would attempt to take the sample and get it to the lab contingent upon the lab being open on New Years eve. We spoke of the importance of grabbing an uncontaminated sample, made more difficult by the fact that this is a spring box. A reminder letter was sent out by DWS on 12/1/2020 alerting Ms. Cornell to the missing raw water sample. The confusion traces to the definition of raw water sample, which Ms. Cornell did not realize meant pre-treatment water straight from the spring. |
