| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to monitoring nitrate violation DETAILS: The system had taken the nitrate sample twice in 2012. The problem is that they labeled the sample site incorrectly. It was labeled as a source sample but it was an entry point sample. Also EP-B has been offline for over a year so they are not sampling. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
