| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to monitoring violation DETAILS: Ive been working with the system for the past 2 years on getting a raw sample tap installed. I informed them in 2012 after the positive sample that they would get a violation for not taking a raw sample. They finally got a raw sample tap installed and took a sample on 7/12/12. ACTION NEEDED: Violation has been returned to compliance. | ||
