| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: 12/26/12 Source assessment samples collected from spring and harder wells positive. I spoke with Richard about collecting five confirmation samples each from the spring and harder wells. Results of the confirmation samples will not be known until the weekend so I emailed Richard a tier 1 boil water notice with instructions to issue it if any of the confirmation samples test positive. ACTION NEEDED: Five confirmation samples need to be collected from each well. | ||
