| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli 11/12/12 DETAILS: Called Richard. 4 repeat samples: 3 were positive for total coliform. Source water assessment from each well: all negative. Flushing the entire system and storage tank. Will pressure spray inside of tank. Will do public notice and mail a copy to the state. He will take 5 routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: All 5 routine samples taken December were negative for bacteria. System will be returned to compliance | ||
