| Details: | SUMMARY: Three repeat samples positive DETAILS: Three repeat sample 8/23/12 positive. I spoke with Phil and he plans to shock chlorinate the storage tank and distribution system. I emailed him a tier 2 public notice template and advised him that 5 temporary routines collected from the distribution system are due in September. ACTION NEEDED: Operator is to disinfect the system. Post public notice and collect five temporary routines in September. | ||
