| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Charles owner of the facility. I informed him of the alert and the requirement to take 4 repeats right away within 24 hours with 3 samples from the distribution system and one sample from the source. I also informed him that 5 routines need to be taken from the distribution system next month. He will contact the lab and have them take care of it. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
