| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 6/18/08 DETAILS: Met with operator to discuss positive sample. System does not disinfect. System has an ozonator for oxidation of iron. Filters are removed form tank and pressure washed then replaced. Possibly the source for positive coliform. Instructed operator on disinfections when handling filters. Additional samples were done I July all came out absent for coliform. Facility posted public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Return to compliance | ||
