Details:	SUMMARY: Ground Water (GWR) sample not taken DETAILS: System is required to report a monthly raw water assessment sample. The last sample reported was June 2012. I called Bob and reminded him of the requirement and to be sure and take a raw sample prior to chlorine. 11/16/12-- Brandon called to confirm what testing was required. I explained the 12 GWR assessment sampling requirement in addition to the regular quarterly routine coliform samples. Brandon said he would resume the monthly assessment testing. Monthly assessment sample collected on 11/20/12 ACTION NEEDED: none
