| Details: | SUMMARY: Ground Water (GWR) sample not taken DETAILS: System is required to report a monthly raw water assessment sample. The last sample reported was June 2012. I called Bob and reminded him of the requirement and to be sure and take a raw sample prior to chlorine. 11/16/12-- Brandon called to confirm what testing was required. I explained the 12 GWR assessment sampling requirement in addition to the regular quarterly routine coliform samples. Brandon said he would resume the monthly assessment testing.
