| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform 11/14/12 DETAILS: Joey from crow water called to let me know he is working with Dikeside and wanted to make sure they didnt miss anything. I let him know they would need to do a tier 2 public notice and told him where to find it on the state website. I also let him know they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples for December. The operator has been doing some work to the distribution system so this is what is thought to be causing the coliform. They will up the chlorine residual and this should take care of the issue ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice and monitor sample results | ||
