| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli 11/19/12 DETAILS: I talked Dave and stopped in to see him. He indicated that somewhere the ball was dropped and that he would be sure the sample got taken today. I let him know that they will need to take 3 samples in the distribution system and source samples at the well. He said they are only using well #2. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in the distribution system in December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for sample results and follow up as necessary | ||
