| Details: | SUMMARY: On site consultation for Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Met with Merlin for about two hours to discuss the ERP. I worked with Merlin in completing the ERP document and went through an emergency scenario with him. As well we walked around and completed the annual system assessment together. Merlin just needs to make copies of the document now and place in a three ring binder or something to keep the document secure. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP as needed | ||
