| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Call to Dennis, he was aware of the alert. The sample was taken by someone who did not know how to sample. Dennis believes the problem came from inexperience in taking samples. I explained to Dennis the procedure to take proper samples. I also explained the necessary repeat samples and the temporary routine samples that need to be taken ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples to be taken immediately from same location from the well and labeled assessment, from location up stream from location downstream. 5 temporary routine samples taken in January 2013 | ||
