| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received notice pf positive repeat samples. I spoke with Tammie the morning of 2/8/13 and she indicated they were already working with Rogue Valley Pump on the situation. As per drinking water she indicated also the school had temporarily switched over to bottled water for drinking. She indicated Rogue Valley Pump would be shock chlorinating the system on Saturday. On Monday morning 2/11/13 I met with both Tommie and Rogue valley Pump (RVP)at the school. RVP had already shocked and flushed the system over the weekend and I gave Tammie a copy of the public notice to be distributed. RVP drew a special sample as well to determine if the shock chlorination was effective. The special sample came back negative for any coliform hence it appears the shock chlorination was effective. AT this time a notice has been issued corrective action taken. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples in March 2013 | ||
