| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to lead and copper alert DETAILS: Betsy P, Amy W and Chuck M discussed what the system needed to do next. They decided the following: 1.School should take a lead and copper sample now at both replaced sinks. If good, school will be placed on a 6 month sampling schedule starting period of July-December 2013. You will need to submit the monitoring schedule change sheet to the state. 2.They need to develop a written protocol for taking LCR samples and keep this in their operations manual. They should have their sampling map/plan attached to this. 3. Because they refer to some old fixture they are not too sure about, they need to do a plumbing profile. The idea is to count and characterize their fixtures to minimize the chances they run up against this again. Are there other old fixtures around the school similar to the ones that exceeded here?
