| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to source assessment violations DETAILS: System was give back to the state due to the population several weeks ago. Tim called and left a message for me about the violation postcard he received. I explained that they are required to take a source assessment sample from each well once a year. He said they already do that every other month but they label them as special and they arent getting sent to the state. He said he would take one ASAP. I also informed him their system was now given back to the state. I let Jay M know I reviewed the violations with him. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
