| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I had email correspondence with Rick regarding the current positive sample. I instructed him on taking three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample. He responded saying the repeat samples had been taken on Friday 12/7/12 and that three repeat samples were positive and the triggered source sample was negative. He stated they felt that there is an issue with the storage tank and they were planning to shock chlorinate the system. The system has had an ongoing coliform issues since 2008 ACTION NEEDED: Wait for alert or repeat samples | ||
