| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: Owners had already taken first set of follow up samples but they had already shock chlorinated their treatment and distribution system prior to taking these sample so results will not necessarily be conclusive. The facility has been experiencing power outages as a result of recent storms. We requested closure of the restaurant until first round of follow-up samples could be assessed. They came into our office for assistance in drafting the tier 1 notice. 12/21 they called to say the lab had confirmed samples as negative. They were given permission to reopen using delivered water. ACTION NEEDED: Take five more smaples in January They promised to have the lab look into their problem | ||
