| Details: | SUMMARY: One of 5 temp routines collected 1/4/12 positive for coliform DETAILS: 1/7/13 I spoke with Sallie and she informed me that no corrective action was taken after the repeat and triggered samples were collected so I contacted Chuck Michael to discuss would be an almost certain coliform positive presence in and/all triggered and repeat samples collected in response to the 1/4/13 routines. Chuck said and alternative to collecting the triggered and repeat samples would be to assume an MCL violation and pot public notice. I relayed this to Sallie and added that she needs have the system disinfected and then collect five temporary routines in February. Public notice received 1/9/13 ACTION NEEDED: Suggested at least one special sample be collected after disinfection and before February. I asked Sallie to send me a copy of the public notice before sending one up to the state. | ||
