| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/26/12 Source assessment samples from the Spring and Harder wells Ecoli positive. I spoke with Richard abut collecting vive confirmation samples from each well. Results of the confirmation samples will not be known until the weekend so I emailed Richard a tier 1 boil water notice with instructions to issue it if any test positive for Ecoli. 12/31/12 I spoke with Richard and one confirmation sample tested Ecoli positive. Richard ahs issued the boil water notice. I drove to system and obtained lat/long coordinates for the Spring and Harder Wells. 1/2/13 I submitted source evaluation requests to the state . Each well has been taken off line. Chlorine residuals are maintaining at approx 0.3ppm in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice must remain in effect until further notice. The state will evaluate the sources and advise. | ||
