| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli 11/12/12 DETAILS: Debra Lambeth and Daniel Hough called to tell me the routine sample was positive for Ecoli. FI returned to the office and called Richard Sullivan He was not there. I left a message and will call him later today. Richard returned my call at 4pm 11/13/12. The system is chlorinated for residual maintenance. Consequently Richard will take 4 repeat samples from the distribution line and one source water assessment from each well. We discussed in detail how to label the samples especially the well head samples. ACTION NEEDED: He will take 5 routine samples next month. | ||
