| Details: | The morning of 7/12/18 Gary Lillie called leaving message of disappointment as the recent sample result for nitrate was in excess of the MCL. He also stated he was reviewing maintenance needs as well as making signs to post as public notice. I followed up with an email: I can only speculate (a) the media is worn out (b) you need to give the treatment unit some extra love and maintenance (c) there is a malfunction with the treatment unit letting raw water by-pass treatment. it sounds as if you know what to fix. get satisfactory sample results in the immediate future. send me a copy of the notice you post on the property as per EPA protocols. |
