Details:	SUMMARY: Ecoli positive DETAILS: Sent email to Casey and Brad regarding positive Ecoli on 12/12/12. Repeat sample have not been submitted. Sue is currently living in Nevada and wants to take the repeats herself. The system is chlorinated and as of today had not received positive Ecoli in the distribution system. Chlorine is used for residual maintenance and 4 log has not been verified. I told Sue unless she was able to submit the repeat samples today she was required to arrange to have someone take the repeat samples. Sue said when was going to call Delta labs this morning and arrange to have the take the samples. ACTION NEEDED: 5 confirmation samples required at source. Waiting for results.
