| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform positive DETAILS: Called Gerry and left message 1/2/13 and 1/3/13 and let him know he needs to take 4 repeat samples. One from the source and 3 from the distribution. Said he needs to call me back to assure he got the message and is taking the samples. Called Analytical Lab and they said they called him as well and that he is aware he needs to take the samples. The lab does not collect the samples and Gerry has someone else perform the collection. Gerry called back 1/3/13 at 11:50 am. He is currently shock chlorinating the well and flushing the system. He stated he will have the sample taken as soon as possible and submit them to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples will be sumbitted. Wait for results. | ||
